Q1: Can I get some samples from your company?

Yes, we can provide free samples based on the drawings you provide. However, the shipping costs will be borne by our customers.

Q2: How can I place a new order or determine the payment terms?

A proforma invoice will be sent to you after you confirm the order, along with our bank information. Payments can be made by wire transfer, Western Union, PayPal, or through third-party payment services such as Alibaba.

Q3: How can I ensure the quality of the products before making a formal order?

After the customer pays the mold costs, we will produce samples according to the drawings confirmed by the customer. Once the customer receives the samples and gives their approval, we will start producing the products in accordance with the contract.

Q4: What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 1,000 kilograms. However, we usually accept smaller orders as well, especially for the first sample order. In that case, the sample costs must be paid in full.

Q5: What are the delivery times?

Delivery time for samples: 10 working days after the payment is confirmed.  
Delivery time for formal orders: 15 working days for a full container load.

Q6: Are there any discounts available?

Different order quantities are eligible for different discounts.

Q7: How do you handle quality complaints?

First of all, our quality control measures help to minimize quality issues to nearly zero. If we do cause any quality problems, we will send you the defective products for free replacement or refund your losses.
