Q1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are a factory that specializes in the production of a wide range of aluminum products.
Q2: Do you accept small order quantities as trial orders?
A: Yes, we are willing to accept trial orders with minimum order quantities of around 0.5 to 1 ton.
Q3: I don’t have any drawings; can you design the products based on the samples I provide?
A: Certainly. We can offer design services and produce the products according to the drawings or samples you provide.
Q4: How do you ensure the quality of your products?
A: We have a strict quality control system in place. We conduct quality inspections during the extrusion process, as well as during the surface treatment and packaging stages. We also perform 100% quality checks at every stage of production before shipping the products.
Q5: What are the delivery times for new molds and for mass-produced products?
A: It takes 7 to 10 days to manufacture new molds. For mass production, the delivery time is approximately 20 to 30 days.
Q6: What certifications do you have?
A: We have obtained the ISO 9001:2008 certification, which proves that our factory is reliable and that the quality of our products is guaranteed.
Q7: What are the payment terms?
A: We accept payments via bank transfer (T/T) or letter of credit. Typically, 30% of the total cost is paid as a deposit before production begins. The remaining 70% is paid upon receipt of the bill of lading or before the products are shipped.
Q8: Can you send me some samples of your products?
A: Yes, samples are available for free. However, the shipping costs will be borne by you.
