Our Production Capabilities
Our extrusion process produces high-quality mill-finished aluminum profiles. The extrusion dies are meticulously maintained, enhancing the smoothness of the profile surfaces.
Pretreatment methods such as sandblasting, mechanical polishing, and brushing are completed before anodizing and powder coating. This provides more stylish options, such as glossy or matte surfaces on raw extruded profiles, and most importantly, terminates the extrusion line by removing surface dirt and oil stains.
Post-treatment methods--anodizing, powder coating, wood grain, and electrophoresis--will give aluminum profiles more color options and better weather resistance.
